The investor acknowledges that the PAMM service is not the same as asset-management, portfolio management or advisory service.
The investor grants the money-manager (PAMM Manager) the authority to trade pooled capital; only the Manager makes trading decisions.
The broker or company is a facilitator: they connect investor + manager, handle bookkeeping, allocation of profits/losses, but do not guarantee returns.
Risks are clearly disclosed: you may lose some or all of your investment; past performance does not guarantee future results.
The investor must comply with KYC/AML/legal obligations; accuracy of personal information is required.
Fees (performance fee, etc) are disclosed and charged according to the agreed structure.
Withdrawal / deposit process: the investor initiates deposits/withdrawals; some accounts may require notice periods or have minimum thresholds.
The broker/provider reserves the right to terminate or suspend the PAMM service or manager at its discretion.
The investor cannot bring a claim against the broker for the manager’s trading decisions (in many agreements).
